Grace Athanas Kibaki is an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and its subordinate courts with more than five years’ experience in law practice. She advises clients on a range of legal issues related to commercial and corporate law; banking and financial services; insurance law; capital market and securities law; employment and labour relations law; and international trade and finance law. Before joining ECRA Attorneys, Grace was working with IMMMA Advocates where she was involved in huge projects which, not only earned her unassailable skills and knowledge, but also experience useful for big projects that ECRA is involved in. Grace is always at the forefront in conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions; conducting Due Diligrnce and preparation of Reports; and supporting clients in preparing and reviewing facility agreements. Further, she is the best at, among others, offering secretarial services to various companies that seek ECRA Attorneys services. Besides corporate transactions that Grace has been involved in, she also attends court sessions from subordinate courts up to the Court of Appeal. Academically, Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B. – 2015) from Tumaini Dar es Salaam University College (TURDACO) and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. She is thus a member of the Tanganyika Law Society, a Bar association for Mainland Tanzania, and a member of East African Law Society.
